My product Spherical Image Cam makes makes spherical panorama view!

Basic Knowledge

Spherical Image Cam based on Equirectangular projection, using for spherical panorama images (for more info, see also http://wiki.panotools.org/Equirectangular_Projection,http://www.cartographersguild.com/how-do-i/27210-equirectangular-projection.html).

In our recent researches, the implementation of Equirectangular projection for any Game Engine, such as Unity and Unreal Engine, etc. , is suitable for VR contents! Pre-rendered panorama 360 movies make a good expression for VR landscaping and an interactive content.

Technical Limitations

An implementation for unity, some images have a unusual seam like as

stiching_issue

This unusual seam is made by material shaders using camera orientations, this issue is difficult to solve that each material shaders render independently. If you don’t use reflection materials, you can avoid these seams.
